 Mokslinė veikla ir publikacijos

    Projekto mokslinės grupės narė habil. dr. Janina šyvokienė aplinkos genotoksiškumo tyrimus pradėjo 2001 metais vykdant ES BEEP projektą. Ji išanalizavo didžiulį kiekį įvairių rūšių žuvų ir moliuskų mėginių iš Baltijos ir šiaurės jūrų, pateikė medžiagą aštuonioms bendroms su kitais BEEP partneriais publikacijoms (3 straipsniai žurnaluose su ISI citavimo indeksu). Vadovavo 6 LMSF finansuotiems projektams, 2005-2008 metais dviems projektams: 2005 m. "Biocido, naudojamo geriamo vandens dezinfekavimui, toksinis poveikis vandens gyvūnams" ir 2008 m. - LVMSF projektui "Baltijos jūros Klaipėdos zonos taršos ekotoksikologinis įvertinimas naudojant biožymenų indikacinę sistemą" (sutarties su fondu Nr. T-68/08). Nuo 2009 m. dalyvauja BONUS 169 programos tarptautiniame BEAST projekte "Antropogeninio cheminio streso biologiniai efektai: ekosistemos sveikatingumo įvertinimo metodai" vyriausiojo mokslo darbuotojo pareigose.
